NinHost will not accept sites that contain any of the following:
  - Sites with adult content
  - Sites that use the space to spam: we do not tollerate the use of the space for spamming
  - Sites that attempt to alter files outside of their webspace
  - Sites that use the space to store ROMS or warez etc.

NinHost will only host sites that cover one or more of the following:
  - Nintendo games
  - Nintendo consoles
  - Sega games
  - Square Enix games
  - Valve and Steam Powered games
  - Games in general

NinHost allows webspace to be used for your website and storing a few small (under 2 MB) files.

NinHost is not responsible for back-ups, back-ups should be carried out by you. NinHost does however try to do weekly back-ups of the whole network incase anything should happen to the site, but this is not implied or garenteed.

NinHost will not put ads on your site, but reserves the right to add adverts to a site at a later date.
